Eivo is committed to providing a high-quality app experience. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.
This policy applies to Eivo Pro subscriptions purchased through our app. The free tier has no charges and is therefore not subject to this policy.
Digital Product Policy
Eivo Pro is a digital subscription product. Once you access the premium features, the service has been delivered. As a general policy, digital products and services are non-refundable after use.
However, we recognize that exceptions exist — particularly when the product does not function as described or when a technical issue prevents you from using the service.
No General Refund Guarantee
Eivo Pro is a digital subscription. All sales are final by default. We do not offer a general money-back window or satisfaction-based refunds.
Refunds are exceptional and considered only when a verified, unresolvable technical failure on Eivo's side prevents you from using the service — not for any other reason.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request will only be reviewed if all of the following conditions are met:
- A core feature of Eivo Pro is completely non-functional on your device.
- Your device runs a supported operating system version.
- You have contacted our support team, provided full details of the issue, and cooperated with troubleshooting steps.
- Our team has been given reasonable time (at least 5 business days) to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- Our team has confirmed that the issue is caused by a failure on Eivo's side and cannot be fixed.
Additionally, refunds may be issued for verified billing errors — such as a duplicate charge for the same billing period, or a charge made after you cancelled with documented proof.
Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund; each case is reviewed individually at Eivo's sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued in the following situations.
- You changed your mind after subscribing.
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- You didn't use the Pro features during the subscription period.
- The issue has not been reported to support first, or you declined to cooperate with troubleshooting.
- The issue is caused by an unsupported device or operating system version.
- You purchased through a third-party platform (Google Play, App Store) — refund requests must go through that platform directly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Contact Support
Visit our Contact Us page and submit a message with the subject "Billing / Refund".
Include Required Details
Provide your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue you experienced.
Wait for Review
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and may follow up with troubleshooting steps before processing a refund.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow the following processing times:
- Our processing: 1–3 business days to approve and initiate the refund.
- Payment provider: 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Note: If you purchased through Google Play or the App Store, refunds must be requested directly through those platforms and are subject to their own refund policies.
Auto-Renewal
Eivo Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder notification before each renewal.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within the app's subscription settings or through your Google Play account.
We do not offer refunds for auto-renewal charges unless you can demonstrate that you attempted to cancel before the renewal date and were charged despite doing so.
Free Plan
Eivo's Free plan is completely free — there are no charges, and therefore no refund policy applies. You can download, use, and stop using the free plan at any time without any financial obligation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Eivo Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
