Say "Hey Eivo" anytime — even with your screen off — and Eivo activates instantly. It listens in the background with minimal battery usage, and is available on Eivo Pro.

Basic task management and reminders work offline. AI assistant features and calendar sync require an internet connection. Your tasks are also synced to the cloud when you reconnect.

Your productivity score (0–100) is calculated based on the percentage of tasks you complete on time each day. Consistent streaks improve your score, while missed tasks reduce it. Think of it like a credit score for your habits.

Yes! Eivo Pro syncs two-ways with Google Calendar. Tasks you create in Eivo appear in Google Calendar, and events from Google Calendar appear in Eivo — no double-entry needed.

Eivo only processes voice input when you actively trigger it (either by pressing the mic button or using the wake word). We do not store raw voice recordings — only the transcribed text of your commands.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
